The Mara is a wide, stacked drum pendant with three rounded tiers that ripple outward like sound waves frozen in place. The matte black finish absorbs light on the outside while the fine honeycomb mesh lets a warm glow escape through every tiny cell, creating a moody contrast between the dark exterior and the golden light within. It's the kind of lamp that makes a room feel like a late-night jazz bar without trying.

When unlit, the Mara reads as a solid, sculptural black form. When lit, the mesh comes alive, revealing the intricate lattice pattern hidden beneath the dark surface. Look through the bottom opening and you see the bulb centred inside a spiral of layered rings, like looking down into a well of light.

The wide, low profile makes it a natural fit for dining tables, living rooms, or commercial spaces where you want dramatic, moody lighting that still feels warm. Hang it low over a table for an intimate pool of light, or higher for a softer ambient glow that fills the room.

3D-printed layer by layer from recycled PLA in a deep matte black, the stacked tiers and honeycomb mesh are printed as one seamless piece. The detail and precision in the lattice is something only 3D printing can achieve.
