The Toro is a spiralling, beehive-shaped pendant with horizontal ridges that wrap around the body in a continuous, ascending coil. The form is wide at the centre and tapers at both ends, giving it a rounded, top-like silhouette that feels grounded and dynamic at the same time. Each coiled layer catches light at a slightly different angle, creating a cascading glow that ripples down the surface like water.

The fine honeycomb mesh sits beneath the spiralling ridges, adding a second layer of texture that diffuses light beautifully through the walls. When lit, the Toro radiates a warm, even glow with the coiled bands glowing brighter at the peaks and falling into soft shadow in the valleys between them. Pair it with a colour-changing smart bulb and it shifts from warm amber to soft pink to deep purple, with each colour tracing the spiral differently.

The compact, rounded profile means it works in almost any space. Hang it solo in a bedroom or reading corner for a cozy glow, or cluster two or three at different heights over a dining table for a sculptural lighting installation.

3D-printed layer by layer from recycled PLA, the continuous spiral and lattice mesh are printed as one seamless piece. The coiled ridges follow the exact path the printer took to build it, making the process itself part of the design.
