The Elia V1 is a flat, tiered pendant with a compact domed top that steps outward into a wide, layered base. The silhouette reads like concentric rings stacked horizontally — a UFO, a ripple frozen mid-spread, a mushroom cap made architectural. The top dome is tight and rounded, finished in one colour, while the broader lower tiers fan out beneath it in a contrasting tone, creating a two-part form that feels deliberate and balanced. It's wide without being heavy, flat without being boring.

The honeycomb mesh covers every tier, and when lit, each ring glows at a different intensity. The upper dome catches light from the bulb directly and radiates it outward, while the wider lower tiers glow softer and cooler — creating a natural falloff from bright centre to ambient edge. From below, the concentric rings light up like ripples in water, each one framing the next. The two-tone colour split adds another layer — the lighter base radiates warmth while the darker top holds the shape together like a lid.
