The Nuvia is a low, rectangular tray with a firm, flat base and soft, gathered walls that rise up around the perimeter like tiny upholstered cushions. The edges are pleated and pillowy — pinched together in even folds that give the whole piece a tailored, almost fabric-like quality. The corners round smoothly, the proportions are wide and shallow, and the overall form sits somewhere between a valet tray and a miniature pet bed for your wallet. In a muted olive green, it reads clean, tactile, and quietly expensive.

The cushioned walls do two things. They keep small items — watches, rings, keys, earbuds, bracelets, coins — from sliding off the edge.
