The Sofia is a free-form pendant with sweeping curved panels that twist and wrap around a central opening like a shell caught mid-unfurl. There's no symmetry here, no neat tiers or stacked rings — the form moves. Broad, flowing surfaces spiral outward from the top, each one curving in a different direction, overlapping and separating as they go. The result is a shape that looks different from every angle — part nautilus, part wave, part fabric frozen in wind. It's organic in the truest sense: it looks like something that grew rather than something that was designed.

The honeycomb mesh covers every surface, and when lit, the Sofia becomes extraordinary. Light pours through the lattice unevenly — bright where the panels face the bulb directly, soft and amber where they curve away, shadowed where they overlap. The twisting form throws complex, layered shadows across walls and ceilings that shift as you move around the room. No two viewing angles give you the same lamp. From one side it's open and glowing. From the other, the panels fold inward and the light hides. From below, the spiral opening frames the bulb like looking into the centre of a seashell.

Pair it with a warm white bulb and the Sofia turns golden and sculptural — the kind of light that makes a room feel like a gallery. Switch to a colour-changing smart bulb and the twisted surfaces create gradients that no flat or symmetrical shade can. Each curved panel catches the colour differently, so a single purple bulb produces three shades of violet across the lamp. The asymmetry is the point — every colour becomes a conversation between the surfaces.
